MINE SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (MSHA)

MSHA operates under the Mine Safety and Health Amendment Act of
1977, Public Law 95-164. It is responsible for all aspects of Occupational
safety and health for the mining industry. Information is available
